Acts as a trusted talent advisor, providing data-driven insights, recruitment expertise, and guidance on organizational talent needs. Leads full-cycle recruitment—from sourcing and screening to offer management—while managing multiple searches and delivering a strong candidate experience. Drives continuous improvement by leveraging recruitment metrics, industry benchmarks, and innovative sourcing strategies to strengthen hiring outcomes and support organizational growth.
This role will be an integral part of the current Recruitment Optimization Project the team is undertaking and will need to be a champion of change.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESCreating candidate pipelining strategies by developing and maintaining market intelligence, researching target companies, and building network relationships to attract and hire top talent for LabattUnderstanding the company’s organizational structure and desired skill sets and profiles needed for each position within client’s teamsActing as a Talent Advisor to clients and key business leaders by providing strategic guidance based on expertisePartnering with key business leaders to identify hiring needs (short and long-term) and developing a strategy to find top talent to deliver to the businessSourcing, screening, presenting, and managing candidates across multiple departments, which could include but not be limited to Logistics, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and HRLeading routine client meetings to discuss active and passive searches, including but not limited to candidate and role status and progress, metrics, key insights, and challengesSharing recruitment knowledge base with the team by providing best practices and tips on relevant industries and talent poolsDriving continuous improvement in the recruitment process by bringing innovative solutions and leveraging industry benchmarks to address existing gaps and elevate the recruitment teamHosting and leading engagement activities for the team, in support of the Talent Acquisition ManagerJOB QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s Degree in HR or related field2 years of recruitment experience; recruitment for manufacturing, warehousing, and for trades is a major assetBilingual in French and English is an assetStrong acumen with HRIS systems (Workday experience is an asset) and data reportingProficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint,
