We're looking for a skilled Solution Developer with extensive experience in Microsoft D365 and Power Platform. You’ll bridge operations and IT, troubleshooting client issues while adhering to service standards. Your focus will be on managing service tickets, resolving high-urgency issues, and improving existing solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address high-priority technical concerns for clients
• Provide effective Phone/Chat customer service
• Document all customer engagements in Service Tickets
• Elevate issues to specialized teams as needed
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient resolutions
Requirements:
• Relevant degree or 5-7 years experience
• Background in CRM and Power Platform solutions
• Experience in Managed Services environments
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Required Microsoft Certifications (PL-200, PL-400)
