This full time role reports directly to the CEO at Donwood Manor. You will oversee all aspects of dietary management for the properties, leveraging your expertise in culinary principles and nutritional sciences to benefit residents. A blend of management and culinary skills is essential, along with strong interpersonal abilities to enhance our mission of excellent care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage food services operations at Donwood Manor
• Oversee clinical dietitian services for PCH residents
• Ensure adherence to nutritional care standards
• Utilize Meal Metrix dietary management software
• Make independent decisions to enhance service
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Nutrition Sciences or equivalent
• Active membership in CDM and Dietitians of Canada
• Minimum two years’ experience in healthcare
• Certified Food Handlers Certificate
• Strong organizational and communication skills
