Elevate operational efficiency with Durham Community Health Centre as an Infrastructure Operations Lead. This role combines facilities management, health compliance, and project coordination for community health services.
In this permanent full time position, you will report directly to the Manager of Infrastructure Management & Operations. Your expertise in facilities and vendor management will facilitate seamless service delivery while ensuring safety and compliance across DCHC’s facilities. You will play a key role in aligning infrastructure strategies with organizational goals and enhancing the overall functionality of health services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing DCHC infrastructure and facilities
• Ensure business continuity plans are updated




• Liaise with departmental leaders on infrastructure needs
• Manage Capital Infrastructure projects effectively
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in relevant field
• 3-5 years of facilities and vendor management experience
• Familiarity with project management principles
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and health compliance
• Experience in both healthcare and nonprofit settings
