- Develop detailed designs.
- Conduct feasibility studies and site inspections.
- Prepare and implement project plans.
- Project research and budgeting.
- Review government regulations and orders. Monitor and optimize safety, manufacturing, and regulatory compliance processes.
- Make recommendations or present alternative solutions to problems.
- Confidently communicate with customers and other professional contractors.
- Project management tasks.
- Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small and large construction projects safely, in a timely manner, and sustainably.
- Perform site survey and data analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, accredited by the Institute of Civil Engineers.
- Registration/licensing as a professional engineer may be required.
- You may need a minimum of 5 years of industry knowledge.
- Familiarity with design software, such as Autodesk,
AutoCAD Civil 3D, and MicroStation.
- Knowledge of mapping software and photographic software. Solid analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high degree of accuracy in calculation and design.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse team of professionals working on a project.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects at the same time.
