Support vital research at CHS Hearing Research International as an Administrative Assistant in Toronto. This hybrid role involves integral administrative tasks associated with research funding.
Reporting to the Director of Research Operations, you'll manage the complete funding lifecycle, including grants and fellowships. Your duties encompass application coordination, financial oversight, and compliance management, as you'll play a key role in effective grant administration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage funding applications and award processes
• Ensure accurate communication with all stakeholders
• Prepare necessary documentation and agreements
• Supervise databases and maintain software integrity
• Support the preparation of reports for board meetings
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in administration or business
• 3-5 years of senior administrative support experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management tools
• Familiarity with grant/award software is advantageous
• Solid management of confidential documents
