Job Overview The Manager, Treasury_RCC Report reports to the Sr. Manager, Treasury Reporting and has responsibility over the reporting and strategy of RBI’s Treasury Global G&A fuzz, which includes corporate präsentieren, along with reporting on RBI’s interest rate and foreign exchange hedging programs. The successful candidate possesses technical expertise in financial reporting and analysis,
strong analytical and communication skills, and is customer oriented. RBI follows a five‑day, in‑office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite five days per week. Responsibilities Manage and report Treasury G&A budget and lead efforts in cost savings initiatives across different lines such as bank fee management, contract negotiation, and insurance. Execute and reconcile all invoice payments against the G&A budget. Manage RBI’s risk strategy for insurance, including but not limited to collecting underwriting data from various internal partners for renewal, and analyzing whether the company’s risk retention strategy is appropriate by evaluating historical losses. Work closely with internal Finance teams, third‑party administrators, senior legal counsel, and insurance brokers in managing insurance costs. Assist in the evaluation of interest rate / foreign exchange hedging activity. Work with Accounting to review hedging activity and ensure all hedging activity is adequately documented / implemented. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Economics, or CFA preferred. 3‑5 years of work experience in a financial role. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel and PowerPoint). Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
Must be flexible, organized and customer‑focused to foster strong working relationships with internal and external partners. Experience in an insurance related position is preferred. Salary Base salary range of $100,000 - $130,000. Base salary for this position may vary based on relevant factors such as experience, education, location, and skills. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual discretionary bonus plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the incentive program, based on individual and company performance metrics.
