We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support Silent 8 and CNB Migration initiatives. This is a business-focused role, not a technical BSA position. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently without constant supervision.ResponsibilitiesPartner with business stakeholders to analyze, document, and optimize business processes.Develop Business Process Flows and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.Act as a liaison between business teams and project stakeholders.Contribute to strategic discussions and provide insights to support decision-making.Drive initiatives proactively to anticipate needs, identify gaps, and propose solutions.Communicate effectively across all levels,
