The sector includes planning, design, construction and operation of roads, rail, ports, airports, solid waste, water, wastewater and other public infrastructure.Lead infrastructure sector growth and strategy in Western Canada, specifically British Columbia.Leverage SLR’s client base and your own contacts to develop a business strategy that expands our presence.Promote a positive work setting through a culture of teamwork and a One‑Team approach.Based in Vancouver with flexible work options; other locations may be considered.Support key proposals and contribute to business development plans.Identify trends and create long‑term strategies for sustainable growth.Establish a client management team for key targets and support their development.Work with technical disciplines to identify skills gaps, mentor, and recruit talent.Champion an integrated services approach to drive growth across all SLR services.Develop strategic partnerships and relationships with industry leaders and stakeholders.Survey client needs and understand project objectives, scope, and outcomes.Serve as the primary contact on key issues for clients and provide feedback to delivery teams.Generate strategies to improve client satisfaction and sector growth.Stay informed on industry trends and provide reports, analysis,
