AutoMAK is a leading supplier of vacuum lifting, cutting and installation equipment used in the construction industry throughout Canada and the United States. As our Canadian business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated, hands-on individual to join our team in Mississauga, Ontario. This is a varied role that combines customer service, technical sales support, warehouse operations and equipment preparation. No two days are the same.

The Role

This is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys both office-based and practical work.

You'll be involved in all aspects of the business, from preparing quotations and processing customer orders to helping prepare equipment for shipment, supporting customers with technical enquiries and assisting in the workshop when required.

Working alongside our Shop Technicians, you'll become an important part of a small but growing team where everyone contributes to the success of the business.

Responsibilities

- Prepare customer quotations and process sales orders.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service by telephone and email.
- Assist customers with sales and technical enquiries relating to AutoMAK equipment and recommend suitable solutions.
- Coordinate deliveries and shipments throughout Canada and the United States where required.
- Receive, inspect and organise incoming stock.
- Operate a forklift to load and unload equipment (training provided if required).
- Assist with machine assembly, testing,



servicing and demonstrations.
- Prepare rental and sales equipment prior to dispatch.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Help keep the warehouse and workshop clean, organised and operating efficiently.
- Assist with trade shows, customer demonstrations and occasional site visits.
- Support the wider team wherever required as part of a small business environment.

Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Good mechanical aptitude and an interest in technical equipment.
- Previous experience in construction equipment, industrial equipment, machinery, automotive or related industries would be advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- A positive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently.
- Forklift experience would be an advantage (training can be provided).
- A valid driver's licence.

Pay: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
