Seamstress, alterations and customer service associate

ROLE MANDATE:

To ensure our customers receive top quality and excellent timely Dry Cleaning & Alterations service that is up to the Quality Care Cleaners standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Tag and organize customer orders
- Follow Quality Care Cleaners garments alterations and inspection process
- Bag garments and ensure quality alterations, cleaning and pressing has been done beforehand
- Service customers, both when receiving and returning clothes
- Work in fast paced environment, ensuring multiple tasks are done to customers satisfaction
- Hand fold clothes when necessary

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 5 years of sewing, alterations and customer service experience
- Must have experience using industrial sewing machines
- Previous experience in Dry Cleaners is an asset
- Cash handling experience
- Ability to use hand-held steam irons
- Attention to detail
- Ability to stay focused during repetitive tasks
- Ability to work well in a team setting
- Excellent communications skills
- Dependable and Reliable
- Basic computer skills
- Must be resident of Canada
