Role Summary:

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the primary responsibility of the Production Coordinator position is ensuring efficient and smooth operations, meeting production goals, and maintaining a high standard of quality and safety. This includes receiving, inventory management, assigning tasks to team members, production, and invoicing. The Production Coordinator plays a pivotal role in maintaining a safe working environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, and fostering a mindset of teamwork and collaboration.

Position: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week, On-site

Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Location: Burnaby, BC (free parking and close to Skytrain)

Compensation: $19.00 - $22.00/hour

Reports To: Director of Operations

Key Responsibilities:

- Order fulfillment: filling bottles, labeling, building, and packing boxes
- Invoice customers and keep tracking systems up-to-date
- Receive and maintain materials when delivered to the warehouse
- Inventory management
- Oversee inventory levels and replenishment
- Keep track of all products produced daily,



completed and in progress
- Plan and organize production activities such as assign tasks and monitor progress to meet customer orders
- Shipping and complete appropriate paperwork (sending documents to customs/freight carriers)
- Develop team members on utilizing proper warehouse procedures, safety protocol, and company procedures

Qualifications:

- Warehouse experience is an asset
- Basic computer skills: Email, and SOS Inventory Management Software
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand or sit for prolonged periods
- Ability to complete repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail and quality
- Clear spoken and written communication
- Comfortable working alone or in a team environment
- Comfortable using a hand pallet jack
