We are looking for a friendly, compassionate, and motivated Client Care Receptionist to join our busy veterinary clinic on a full-time basis (40 hours per week).

As the first person our clients see and speak with, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience for both pets and their owners. Previous reception, customer service, or veterinary experience is an asset,



but we are willing to train the right candidate who brings a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

- Welcome clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule and manage appointments
- Answer phone calls, emails, and client inquiries
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist clients with product and food purchases
- Coordinate communication between clients and the veterinary team
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient reception area
- Support the clinic team with administrative tasks as needed
