Our orthodontic office is seeking a dedicated Level II Dental Assistant to join our practice. The ideal candidate would have at least 1 year of orthodontic experience. The hours are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays: 7:30am-5:00pm and Fridays 7:30am-1:00pm. No evenings or weekends!

Duties

- Assist hygienists/orthodontist during procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are readily available.
- Maintain accurate patient records using orthotrac software.
- Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all supplies are stocked.
- Diagnostic records. Using the itero, taking X-rays, impressions, digital photos.

Requirements

- Understanding of dental terminology
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
- Robust organizational skills with attention to detail in managing patient records and appointments.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Certification in Dental Assisting
