Join our dynamic team as a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative, where you will be the friendly face and helpful voice for our valued customers. We are looking for a dependable friendly and motivated person to join our team!
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, takes pride in keeping things organized and works well independantly
Duties
- Greeting and assisting customers with a positive attitude
- Answering phones and responding to customer inquiries
- Processing payments and handling basic administrative tasks
- Maintaining a clean and organized pharmacy
- Performing light cleaning duties to help keep the workplace tidy and welcoming
- Managing inventory by monitoring stock levels and ordering products and supplies as needed
- Assisting with other day to day tasks as needed
We are looking for someone who is:
- Friendly and Skilled
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable multitasking
- Detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous customer service experience is an asset but not required
