Office Location:

- Right beside Kipling TTC Subway / GO Station, 5 days a week working in office

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and offer coordination.
- Analyze candidate applications and job requirements to identify suitable matches.
- Build strong relationships with IT professionals and match them with suitable opportunities.
- Source and engage passive candidates for current and future roles.
- Use platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed to identify candidates with in-demand technical skills.





Qualifications:

- Strong general IT knowledge, including SDLC, databases, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, and IT service management (

must-have).

- Bachelor's degree in Science or Technology, or 3-5 years of hands-on IT sourcing and recruiting experience.
- Solid understanding of various IT roles and technical requirements.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple positions.
- Proficient in MS Office, ATS, Jira, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment tools.
- Passionate, persistent, and detail-oriented.
