About the Role

We're looking for enthusiastic, sales-driven people who are ready to hit the ground running and make a real impact in their community.

You'll be out in the field every day representing incredible charitable organizations such as; CNIB, Heart and Stroke, Sick Kids Foundation, UNICEF, Canadian Cancer Association, etc — while working alongside experienced sales coaches and senior professionals who are just as invested in your growth as they are in their own results.

If you're motivated, love connecting with people, giving back to charity and want to earn well while doing something meaningful — this is the role for you.

What You'll Be Doing

- Representing and running face-to-face campaigns on behalf of impactful charities including CNIB, Sick Kids Hospital, Diabetes Canada, SPCA, Heart & Stroke, UNICEF, and more
- Engaging with potential donors and communicating the importance of their projects
- Building relationships with members of the public and driving high donor acquisition results
- Learning objection handling, communication strategies, and sales techniques through hands-on experience and mentorship

What We're Looking For

- 18 years of age or older
- Available full-time, Monday to Friday, 12 PM – 8 PM
- Robust communicator who's comfortable engaging with people face-to-face




- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
- Access to a vehicle is an asset

Compensation

This role offers a competitive base salary plus performance-based bonuses and daily cash incentives — your total earnings grow with your results.
