Key Responsibilities:
• Advocate for clients navigating health and social services

Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 and social services certificate
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience working with clients
• Valid BC Driver's license with access to a vehicle
• Robust knowledge of health-related community resources
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
