Position Description This hybrid role requires you to work from the client office at least two days per week, subject to change at any time. Responsibilities Manage multiple teams or large complex projects. Lead Agile multi‑team environment. Ensure team enacts Agile principles, values, framework. Provide support using servant leadership. Coach team to adopt Agile mindset and learn from experiments. Embrace Agile mindset to help team. Inculcate core Agile values: focus, commitment, respect, openness, courage via example. Assess and coach team for higher performance and metrics. Guide integration of Agile ceremonies and values into daily work. Facilitate agile ceremonies: iteration planning, review, retrospectives, daily stand‑ups. Create forums for vision, goals, backlog discussion. Apply techniques for workflow visualization and management (e.G., Kanban or Scrum boards). Build strong partnering relationships with Product Owner, sponsors, stakeholders.



Build organizational capability and expertise on Agile adoption. Skill in using Jira, Confluence, analytical tools, data analysis methods and reporting techniques. Qualifications 5+ years as Scrum Master in Agile/Scrum environments. Proficient in facilitating Scrum ceremonies (planning, stand‑ups, reviews, retrospectives). Deep understanding of Agile principles, Scrum frameworks; experience supporting cross‑functional teams. Experienced in removing impediments, coaching teams, driving continuous improvement. Servant leadership mindset. Solid problem‑solving skills. High emotional intelligence; courage and empathy. Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, ALM, etc.).
