This full time role reports to the Construction Manager and entails supervising finishing tasks while ensuring quality standards. You will repair deficiencies, assist trades, and coordinate homeowner appointments. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential to effectively manage the pre-occupancy process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Repair items before homeowner walkthroughs
• Supervise trades and complete finishing tasks
• Maintain and update construction schedules
• Liaise with sub-trades for timely installations
• Coordinate homeowner walkthroughs and key turnovers
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years experience in home construction
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Effective use of Microsoft Office programs
• Satisfactory criminal record check
