This role will be critical in developing our M&A integration capabilities, standardizing our approach to deal integration, and maximizing synergy realization across all transactions.This role presents an opportunity to have a profound impact on an organization going through exciting, transformational times. You’ll report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and work closely with key leaders across the business.ResponsibilitiesStrategic LeadershipEstablish and lead the Integration Management Office as a center of excellence for M&A integrationDevelop and maintain comprehensive integration playbooks, frameworks, and best practicesPartner with Corporate Development, Finance, and executive leadership on deal strategy and integration planningProvide critical input during due diligence on integration feasibility, costs, and synergy potentialIntegration Planning & ExecutionLead end-to-end integration planning from announcement through synergy realizationDevelop detailed integration roadmaps with explicit workstreams, milestones, and success metrics in conjunction with the business teamsEstablish integration governance structure including SteerCo, functional workstreams, and decision‑making frameworksDrive Day 1 readiness and first 100‑day planning for all acquisitionsFinancial & Synergy ManagementDeeply contribute to building comprehensive integration cost models including one‑time costs and ongoing investmentsTrack and report synergy capture against deal model assumptionsProvide input on deal models during due diligence, validating integration assumptionsEstablish ROI measurement framework and post‑close value tracking mechanismsCross‑Functional LeadershipOrchestrate integration efforts across all functions: Finance, Legal, HR, IT, Operations, Product,



and EngineeringFacilitate committees and functional integration team meetingsManage complex stakeholder relationships and drive alignment across disparate groupsEnsure effective communication cascade to all levels of both organizationsRisk & Change ManagementIdentify and mitigate integration risks including customer attrition, talent retention, etcDevelop comprehensive change management strategies to maintain business continuityDesign and execute cultural integration initiatives in collaboration with the people teamExperience10+ years of experience in M&A integration, management consulting, or corporate developmentSuccessfully led multiple end‑to‑end M&A integrations with transaction values of $100M+Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross‑functional programs with 20+ workstreamsProven track record of achieving or exceeding synergy targetsExperience with international acquisitions and cross‑border integrationsExperience in technology, marketplace, or high‑growth companies preferredTechnical ExpertiseDeep understanding of integration methodologies and best practices across all functional areasExposure to financial modeling, synergy quantification, and integration cost estimationExperience with negotiations and exit planningKnowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in M&A transactionsKnowledge of specific integration tools and project management platformsLeadership CompetenciesExceptional ability to influence without authority and drive consensus across organizationsOutstanding executive presence and communication skillsStrong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with attention to detailAbility to manage ambiguity and drive clarity in complex, fast‑moving environmentsBenefitsGreat medical, dental,

In addition to the base pay, this role is eligible for competitive equity awards, bonuses, and benefits.
