An additional 3% Location Allowance will be added to posted salary for northern location.About the Job:The Executive Director, Well & Energy Resource Stewardship (Executive Director) provides operational leadership and oversight of the BCER’s programs for responsible subsurface resource development in the energy sector, ensuring public safety, environmental protection, and conservation of hydrocarbon resources.This position is accountable for supporting strategic direction and delivering results across three core business areas: Energy Geoscience, Drilling & Production Engineering, and Reservoir Engineering. The Executive Director leads, coaches,
and mentors a diverse team of technical professionals.The Executive Director provides advice to and collaborates with the BCER’s Leadership team, ensuring the work done by the Environmental & Subsurface Resource Management department is aligned and supported internally.
