HR Project Partners is currently accepting résumés for a project‑focused Risk Coordinator role on behalf of our client. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in project risk management and a proven background supporting large‑scale construction projects. This position requires bilingual proficiency in English and French. It is a contract role with an anticipated duration extending to Q1 2028.

- Risk register — Development, maintenance, and ongoing updates.
- Risk reports and dashboards — Preparation of clear, data‑driven reporting for project leadership.
- Mitigation plans and tracking — Creation, monitoring, and documentation of mitigation strategies.
- KPI linkage — Connecting identified risks to cost and schedule performance indicators.

Essential Job Functions:

- Develop and maintain the project risk register
- Identify and assess risks, including technical, financial, and regulatory risks
- Coordinate mitigation planning with the project team
- Integrate risks into cost forecasts and schedules
- Present risk updates during Impact Centre meetings
- Track contingency and support forecasting activities
- Validate and ensure traceability of risk data




- Propose and monitor mitigation measures in alignment with ISO 31000
- Support structured risk review governance
- Conduct continuous monitoring and escalation as required
- Capture lessons learned and integrate improvements into future processes

Education and Experience Requirements:

- 5+ years of project risk management experience
- Experience working on large construction projects
- Knowledge of risk workshops and mitigation strategies
- Proficiency with risk analysis tools, including Monte Carlo simulation
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills for dashboard development and reporting
- Experience integrating risk data with Primavera P6 and SAP
- Fluency in both English and French — written and spoken
