As part of a dynamic Fund Development team, the Individual Giving Coordinator is pivotal in managing DESC’s annual fund and nurturing donor relationships. You’ll enhance donor engagement strategies and contribute to campaigns promoting DESC’s mission against homelessness. This role is designed for a strategic thinker eager to cultivate partnerships that reflect community-centric values and demonstrate social justice.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee annual fund management and monthly donor programs
• Track annual giving program success metrics




• Collaborate on fundraising campaign strategies
• Engage in donor outreach and retention efforts
• Represent DESC at public events to attract new donors
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in related donor-facing positions
• Experience with donor management software preferred
• Strong analytical skills in program tracking
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
