Reporting to the Manager of Business Analysis, you will apply advanced analytical skills and BA expertise supporting large scale technology transformations from ideation to implementation. Your responsibilities include leading analysis planning, gap evaluations, facilitation, elicitation and documentation of requirements, processes, and other analysis needed to ensure successful project outcomes.What You Will AccomplishWork with our business and technical teams to assess opportunities that will improve player experiences and provide comprehensive analysis that result in effectively designed, developed and rolled out technology solutions.Prove yourself as a consultative partner and structured analysis expert to clarify, connect, articulate and document business needs to create a shared understanding of desired changes across cross-functional teams.Drive complex IT initiatives from concept to implementation, ensuring solutions meet business objectives and deliver exceptional experiences.Collaborate with other business analysts to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth to advance the Business Analysis capability.Qualifications And SkillsA Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline4 - 6 years of recent intermediate/senior level business analysis experience under a dedicated roleMust have extensive experience on large scale IT initiatives within Agile or Hybrid Agile/Waterfall methodologyA combination of education, experience,
