Our client is seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator to support their warehouse and production operations on a temporary basis. This role is focused on materials coordination, inventory accuracy, receiving, ERP entry, and process improvement within a small, hands-on manufacturing workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy against purchase orders and packing slips
- Enter all received materials into SAP / ERP system with a high level of accuracy
- Organize and maintain inventory locations within the warehouse system
- Pick and stage parts for assemblers and production teams
- Support the flow of materials between receiving, storage, and production areas
- Identify inefficiencies in picking, receiving, and storage processes and recommend improvements
- Assist in improving warehouse organization and material traceability
- Support shipment coordination and logistics documentation as needed
- Work closely with Purchasing, Production, and internal stakeholders to meet daily priorities

Qualifications

- Post- Secondary Education in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, warehouse coordination, or materials management
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work in a small, unstructured environment where priorities may shift




- Process improvement mindset with ability to identify inefficiencies
- Experience with customs or international shipping is an asset
- Quality inspection experience is an asset
