We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Construction Site Lead to oversee daily site operations and help deliver these outstanding projects from excavation through completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead daily site operations and coordinate trades, schedules, and material deliveries.
- Perform carpentry and assist with construction activities as required.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive jobsite.
- Monitor quality, progress, and workmanship throughout construction.
- Work closely with project managers, consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
- Review drawings and resolve construction issues proactively.




- Assist with material prep, site logistics, and project planning.
- Identify change orders and communicate project updates.

Qualifications

- 10-15 years of residential construction experience.
- 5+ years leading custom home projects.
- Strong carpentry background with a toolbelt-on approach.
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of the BC Building Code and municipal inspections.
- Experience coordinating multiple trades.
- Valid BC Driver's Licence.
- Eligible to work in Canada.

- Full-time, permanent
- Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
- $45.00–$50.00/hour, based on experience
- North Vancouver and surrounding North Shore communities
- Reliable transportation required
