Base Pay Range CA$115,000.00/yr - CA$115,000.00/yr 5 days a week On-site in Bradford, ON Permanent Required Skills & Experience Post‑secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 8‑10 years of progressive HR experience, with robust focus on talent management, performance management, and compensation. Experience managing HR programs, leading cross‑functional initiatives, and supporting organizational change. Experience working with HRIS systems (ADP), compensation tools, and performance management software. Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment legislation, and compliance requirements. Exceptional leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations. Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.



Nice to Have Skills & Experience CHRP/CHRL designation considered an asset. Experience in agriculture, food manufacturing, or similar industries considered an asset.
