In this role, you'll be the key figure ensuring exceptional fan engagement at Toronto Maple Leafs home games. Your leadership and organizational skills will facilitate a flawless execution of the Fan Access Game Day Experience Program. You will work closely with internal teams and Fan Access ambassadors to manage all operations, from guest interactions to logistical details on game days.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the point of contact for Fan Access experiences
• Lead and manage the Fan Access Ambassador team




• Oversee guest check-ins and interactions during events
• Troubleshoot issues for seamless guest experiences
• Prepare guest lists and confirm details with internal departments
Requirements:
• Experience in event operations or guest services
• Proven leadership in live event environments
• Solid organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask under pressure
