As a crucial ambassador of our community, the Luxury Concierge takes initiative to anticipate and fulfill residents' needs. You will manage reservations, facilitate guest arrivals, and innovate community events. This integral role requires a blend of excellent customer service skills and the ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate guest arrivals and departures at LIV Extended Stay
• Manage reservations for housekeeping and pet services
• Promote and secure bookings for amenity spaces




• Provide security and access control for the community
• Assist with move-in and move-out coordination
Requirements:
• Minimum two years in hospitality experience
• Higher education or vocational training in hospitality preferred
• Strong communication in English, second language a plus
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
