In this permanent in-person position, you will assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while under the supervision of Registered Nurses. You will engage in continuous education to maintain your effective health care practices and adhere to necessary regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Aid residents in Activities of Daily Living as per care plans
• Collaborate with health care professionals for quality care
• Ensure compliance with privacy and health safety standards




• Support residents with compassion and respect
• Maintain accurate records of care provided
Requirements:
• 1-2 years’ relevant experience in a health care setting
• Completion of a Health Care Aide Certificate program
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Solid organizational and interpersonal skills
