In this role, you will partner closely with executive leadership to shape people strategies, strengthen company culture, and ensure the organization continues to attract, develop, and retain top talent while maintaining a high-performance and inclusive workplace.What You’ll Be Doing:Strategic business partnering, serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and HR best practices.Leading the development and implementation of HR policies and initiatives that promote fairness, compliance, and operational excellence.Managing complex employee relations matters while fostering a positive, respectful, and productive workplace environment.Helping strengthen company culture by developing initiatives that drive employee engagement, inclusion, and professional growth.Partnering with department leaders to attract, onboard, and retain high-performing talent aligned with the company’s growth objectives.Overseeing performance management processes, including reviews, development planning,



and leadership coaching.Reviewing and supporting the optimization of compensation and benefits programs to remain competitive and aligned with company strategy.Supporting organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and smooth transitions across teams.Ensuring HR practices comply with applicable labor laws and mitigating organizational risk.What You’ll Need To Be Successful:Proven experience in a senior HR leadership or business partnering role.Must be fully bilingual in English and French, both spoken and written.Ability to connect HR initiatives with broader business objectives and organizational growth.Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments and navigating evolving priorities.Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and talent management.Experience overseeing or managing payroll across Canada, with solid understanding of multi-province payroll requirements; hands-on payroll experience is considered an asset.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across teams and leadership levels.Sound judgment and the ability to resolve complex HR issues with discretion and professionalism.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
