The successful candidate will oversee our data strategy, data warehouse, AI/ML integration, and team management to drive business growth and operational excellence.Base Pay Range$170,000.00/yr – $200,000.00/yrKey ResponsibilitiesStrategic LeadershipDevelop and execute a comprehensive data strategy aligned with business objectives.Lead a team of data analysts and engineers, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.Collaborate with C‐level executives to identify data‐driven opportunities for growth and efficiency.Data Infrastructure DevelopmentOversee design and implementation of a scalable data warehouse architecture.Ensure data quality, security, and compliance across all systems.Drive adoption of contemporary data technologies and best practices.AI/ML IntegrationSpearhead integration of AI/ML solutions to optimize supply chain, inventory, and customer experience.Develop predictive models to forecast demand and market trends.Implement data‐driven decision‐making processes across the organization.Team ManagementRecruit, mentor, and develop a high‐performing data team.Set clear goals and KPIs aligned with business objectives.Foster collaboration between data teams and other departments.Technical Skills & Experience10+ years in data science, analytics, or related fields,
