Join our Community Living Support program, where you will work one-on-one with clients suffering from persistent mental health issues. This role is critical for supporting independence by teaching life skills, advocating for clients, and providing essential updates to their Primary Therapist. You will also connect clients with the necessary community services to promote self-advocacy and enhanced living conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach life skills including self-care and home management
• Assist clients in connecting to necessary services




• Guide clients in finding appropriate housing
• Help clients navigate everyday environments
• Communicate updates to clients’ Primary Therapists
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in social services related field
• At least one year experience with mental health clients
• Understanding of psycho-social rehabilitation
• Criminal Record Check is mandatory
• Class 5 BC Driver’s License and vehicle access
