Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily needs of youth participants
• Facilitate group-based programming effectively

• Manage daily documentation and reports
• Maintain trauma-informed practices in challenging situations
Requirements:
• 2-Year Diploma in Child and Youth Care or related field
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• Knowledge of mental health and recovery practices
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 Office Suite
• Robust understanding of cultural sensitivities
