Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and coordinate vehicle reconditioning processes
• Dispatch tasks to technicians and subcontractors

• Create internal work orders and maintain service records
• Monitor daily progress of repairs and collaborate with Service Advisors
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2 years of automotive experience
• Knowledge of vehicle operations and repairs
• Experience with CDK Dealer software is an asset
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
