The IT Architect - Enterprise Architecture provides deep technical architecture expertise to strengthen architecture governance, application visibility, technology assessments, and roadmap development across a complex enterprise environment. This role partners with technical and business stakeholders to assess solutions, document enterprise technology landscapes, identify modernization opportunities.

Description
- · Provide technical architecture depth within the Enterprise Architecture function.
- · Create reliable visibility into applications, integrations, data flows, APIs, infrastructure dependencies, and technology platforms.
- · Support architecture governance by assessing technical fit, impact, risk, complexity, standards alignment, and enterprise reuse opportunities.
- · Help identify technical debt, duplication, lifecycle risks, integration gaps, manual handoffs, and modernization opportunities.
- · Enable practical architecture outputs that support investment decisions, project planning, system changes, and enterprise technology roadmaps.
Required Qualifications
- · Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
- · 5+ years of experience in IT architecture, solution architecture, application architecture, integration architecture, infrastructure architecture, technical leadership, systems engineering, or enterprise technology roles.
- · Prior hands-on experience designing, supporting, integrating, assessing, or modernizing enterprise applications, platforms, APIs, infrastructure, or technical solutions.
- · Solid understanding of enterprise applications, APIs, integrations, data flows, databases, middleware, infrastructure concepts, hosting models, cloud platforms,
security considerations, and technology dependencies.
- · Experience gathering information from technical and business SMEs and converting it into structured documentation, diagrams, architecture models, repositories, standards, or roadmaps.
- · Experience supporting solution assessments, technical evaluations, impact analysis, architecture reviews, or technology/vendor evaluations.
