Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations and management of OR and PACU services
• Create an agile, engaging environment for surgical teams
• Collaborate with partners to strengthen the surgical program




• Implement innovative models that improve patient care and efficiency
• Manage budgeting and resources for sustained program success
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration
• At least 5 years in Perioperative Services
• Strong background in dynamic healthcare leadership
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Registered with the Ontario College of Nurses
