High-Definition Concrete is a growing concrete contractor specializing in commercial, civil, industrial, and residential projects throughout the Lower Mainland. We take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, professionalism, and customer service. We're looking for a hardworking, reliable Concrete Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will primarily perform concrete green cutting while also assisting with concrete repairs, patching, parging, and supporting our placing and finishing crews as required, but also aid in finishing repairs, patching, and assisting our placing and finishing crews as required. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of work and takes pride in producing quality finished products.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform concrete green cutting on slabs, sidewalks, and other concrete surfaces.

· Complete concrete patching, repairs, and parging to company quality standards.

· Assist in concrete placing and finishing crews during pours as required.

· Operate and maintain saws, grinders, and other concrete repair equipment safely.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite.

· Perform quality inspections of completed work.

· Follow company safety procedures and participate in safety meetings.





· Work with supervisors and project managers to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.

Requirements:

· Experience in concrete construction is mandatory.

· Experience with green cutting, concrete repairs, patching, or parging is required.

· Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

· Positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed.

· Valid Class 5 driver's licence, reliable vehicle, and own tools are considered assets

Job Type: Full time, Permanent after probationary period

Monday to Friday - Overtime and weekends as needed
