About the Position:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Industrial Millwright (433A) on behalf of a well-established Hamilton manufacturer. This is a direct-hire opportunity offering competitive compensation, excellent advantages, pension contributions, paid vacation, and long-term career stability.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving production equipment within a heavy industrial manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on industrial production equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Install, dismantle, repair, and align machinery and equipment.
- Perform equipment inspections and identify opportunities to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
- Complete maintenance work orders and document repairs accurately.




- Participate in shutdowns, equipment upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Follow all health, safety, and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Valid 433A Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) License required.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, motors, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical documentation.
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
- Able to work 12 hour continental shift
