The right person will be expected to learn all aspects of the stair industry to become a valuable addition to our team trained in all aspects of the position.
Bringing at least one year experience in stair building, or at least the willingness, capability, and drive to learn. General carpentry skills is a must, along with knowledge of, and comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools.
Able to work with limited supervision once instructed on job requirements.
Heavy lifting involved including unloading lumber.
May be required to assist with on-site installations, or removal to prepare site for installation.
Required to have own steel-toed boots.
Minimum secondary school diploma.
Experience with stair building, railing production, etc. will be an asset that will be taken into consideration in starting wage.
