- Complete comprehensive biopsychosocial and medical assessments




- Diagnose and manage substance use and concurrent disorders
- Serve as a clinical resource within the RAAM program

- Support coordinated discharge and transition planning Requirements:
- RN with certification as a Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner
- CNO registered in good standing as RN Extended Class
- Minimum 3-5 years of NP experience in addictions or mental health
- CNA certificate in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing preferred
