This profession requires at least three years of experience along with problem-solving and communication skills to effectively address privacy incidents and enhance the Privacy Office's initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive privacy impact assessments and provide recommendations
- Advise on privacy legislation and manage consent-related inquiries
- Act as a subject matter expert on privacy practices
- Support investigations into privacy incidents and complaints
- Develop and implement privacy training programs for staff Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in health, policy, IT, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant privacy experience
- Knowledge of PHIPA and FIPPA legislation
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
