Accountant role will have you handling month-end closes, financial reporting, and mentoring junior staff. Our client, known for its commitment to excellence, seeks an experienced Senior Accountant/Accounting Lead. This position offers an exceptional chance for those who enjoy collaborative environments. You'll support day-to-day accounting operations while contributing to financial process improvements and maintaining internal controls. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
- Oversee Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Assist with payroll accounting and reconciliations
- Generate financial reports for management analysis Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Robust understanding of full-cycle accounting principles
- Experience in tax filings including GST and PST
- Proficiency with ERP systems, Acumatica preferred
