Join Seaspan Shipyards as the Internal Communications Lead for a 20-month contract in North Vancouver. Your expertise will help foster communication across all teams and support leadership engagement. In this pivotal role, you will oversee internal communications processes to enhance clarity and effectiveness across Seaspan’s workforce.

Collaborating with senior leaders and various stakeholders, you will craft compelling messages, manage content for key events, and identify new strategies to engage employees. The role thrives on creativity, strategic thinking, and a team-oriented approach. Key Responsibilities:

- Craft and implement communication strategies for internal initiatives
- Produce engaging content for internal events and presentations




- Maintain communication standards and brand identity
- Explore new communication tools and channels
- Manage the internal newsletter and digital signage content Requirements:
- Degree in Communications, Business or related field
- Minimum 7-10 years of communications experience
- Extensive writing and editing capabilities
- Experience leading communication campaigns
- Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders Drive impactful internal messaging and connect employees at Seaspan Shipyards.
