Your hands-on experience will directly impact the fabrication of our advanced radiation detectors. Expect to engage in problem-solving, utilizing scientific methods to optimize production quality and drive successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize processes like etching, lapping, and deposition
- Execute Design of Experiments for process enhancement
- Coordinate and execute fabrication runs for sensor prototypes
- Document and standardize operating procedures for processes
- Address non-conforming products through effective troubleshooting Requirements:
- Minimum five years of industry-related experience
- Master’s or PhD in engineering or sciences
- Solid background in semiconductor physics
- Hands-on innovation and teamwork skills
