The Senior Process

Engineer will report to the Head of Process Engineering and lead product yield enhancement.

Responsibilities include process optimization, material design, and support for scale-up production. The ideal candidate will leverage technical expertise to address manufacturing challenges and drive operational improvements. Key Responsibilities:

- Optimize production line processes and monitor critical parameters
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for efficiency
- Provide on-site technical support to QA teams




- Oversee technology transfer from lab to mass production
- Conduct failure analysis to improve battery performance Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science or Chemical Engineering
- 3+ years in anode material process engineering
- Expertise in synthesis and surface modification
