The Manager of Social Services will be responsible for overseeing community outreach, restorative justice, and the operation of food services. Reporting to the Director, this position requires close collaboration with various stakeholders, ensuring that programs meet the cultural and community needs of YG citizens. You will also lead a team, translating strategic directives into practical operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage outreach and wellness service delivery
• Lead restorative justice initiatives
• Oversee kitchen operations at Cixʷatin Centre




• Directly supervise outreach and justice staff
• Advocate within health and justice networks
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Social Work or a similar field
• Minimum 5 years in social services, including 2 years in supervision
• Experience with culturally safe and trauma-informed practices
• Valid BC Class 5 Driver’s License
• Criminal Record Check including Vulnerable Sector
