The ideal candidate for this year-round,hands-on position will possess:

- Minimum offive years’ management experience with demonstrated leadership and coaching skillsin the resort and hospitality industry. Candidates with experience in Alpinearea operations and/or BC Parks’ contract operations will be given preference
- A diploma,degree or equivalent experience in the areas of Tourism & Hospitality,Business, Marketing or related field is an asset
- Ability tocultivate strong and effective relationships with staff, local businesses andstakeholders
- Provenfinancial acumen in budget and capital management




- Engaginginterpersonal and communication skills
- Businessdevelopment and supportive mindset
- Oversee resortoperations in the absence of the General Manager
- Valid andcurrent documents to work in Canada
