Collaborate with District Directors to ensure alignment with professional development initiatives while fostering an engaging learning workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Run operations of Financial Centre locations
• Lead and develop the resource administration team




• Conduct regular performance reviews for team members
• Assess and deliver necessary training to Advisors
• Manage and support technology adoption initiatives
Requirements:
• Strong client relationship and communication skills
• 3-6 years of experience in a leadership role
• Bilingual in English and French, both written and oral
• Excellent PC skills with Microsoft Office and Salesforce
• University degree or equivalent experience
